          Taitung Prison invited Chaozhou Medical Laboratory to assist with the essential blood screening about twice a month. Upon admission, all new inmates undergo mandatory blood tests to screen for a range of infectious pathogens that are often prevalent in correctional environment.Inmates who test positive are immediately linked with the Prison's healthcare team for counseling, specialized treatment, and medical support services, effectively decreasing the risk of disease transmission within the facility.Taitung Prison aims to accomplish health mission to ensure safe and healthy environment.
